at the system

The checks follow the equipment in front of us. We review its condition and performance, then share a maintenance report so you can see what was checked.

  1. Controls & operation

    We look at the controls, the operating cycle, and overall system performance.

  2. Airflow, filters & coils

    We check airflow and the condition of filters and coils as part of the tune-up.

  3. Electrical & drainage

    We check electrical safety and drains, with refrigerant checks where applicable.
