Atlantic Air Heating & Cooling LLC (“Atlantic Air,” “we,” or “us”) uses information submitted through this website to respond to inquiries and manage requests for heating, cooling and related services. This policy explains how information is handled through our website.

Information you provide

When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, service selection and property type. You may also provide details about your equipment or service needs and express interest in a maintenance plan.

We keep a record of the request, its reference number and submission date, along with its status and notes used to manage the inquiry. Requests associated with the same email address may appear together in our customer records.

Please include only information relevant to your service request. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use information

We use this information to understand your request, contact you, confirm service availability, discuss the work and manage related customer records. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment.

We also process technical information to operate and protect the website, prevent duplicate submissions and limit abusive requests.

Website service providers

Our hosting, database and security providers process information needed to deliver this website and store service requests. This includes information sent through the form and technical data transmitted by your browser, such as your IP address and request information. Authorized Atlantic Air personnel can access requests to handle inquiries and customer service.

The website uses a hashed version of an IP address for certain abuse-prevention checks. Hosting and security providers may process additional connection information under their own practices. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its services.

Cookies

Our hosting and security infrastructure may use cookies to protect the website from automated or harmful traffic. Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie is used for bot protection.

The administrator sign-in area uses an atlantic_admin cookie to maintain an authenticated session. Visitors do not need an administrator account to request service.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect security checks or administrator sign-in. Learn more about Cloudflare cookies.

Service-area map

Our service-area map loads map images directly from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser connects to that service, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser information. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.

The map shows our service coverage and does not request access to your device’s precise location.

Recordkeeping & security

Service inquiries and related customer records are stored to support follow-up and customer service. Completing a request does not by itself delete its record. Contact us if you have questions about information retained in connection with your inquiry.

The website uses HTTPS and authenticated access for its administration area. No website or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your questions & requests

You may contact us to ask about information you have submitted or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. What we can provide or remove depends on the circumstances and applicable law, including any information that must be retained.

If you disagree with our response, you can ask us to reconsider using the same contact details.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide that notice.
